Wood Fired Pizza
At Stoked we make a New York style of pizza using old world Italian methods of cooking, all served up with Maritime hospitality. We incorporate the West Coast love for the local environment by featuring local, organic and responsibly sourced ingredients on our menu wherever possible.
Great pizza, like most things worth waiting for, takes time and requires a solid foundation to bring flavours together. We use a multi-day fermentation process and our own blend of flour to create our dough, which we hand-stretch and top with family recipe sauces, quality cheeses and the freshest toppings available.
We bake our pizza in a wood fired oven that reaches temperatures of up to 900° – leaving the crust slightly charred yet light and bubbly. Cooking with fire is an artform. It takes patience, focus and finesse. The result is a unique, hand crafted meal with unbeatable flavour.
